— The Network
WHERE WE PLUG IN.
HOW WE OPERATE.
WHO WE WORK WITH.
The Filler Piece sits at the centre of the joinery delivery chain — between builders, designers, manufacturers and principals. The Network is how we connect, govern and deliver across that ecosystem.
The TFP Model
A Managed partner — not another sub-trade
The Filler Piece operates as a managed delivery partner that takes on full commercial responsibility for defined project outcomes — governed through structured quality, safety and documentation frameworks.
Every engagement follows a consistent process — ensuring governance, accountability and documentation are embedded at every stage from scoping through to formal close-out. You deal with one partner. One point of contact. One party accountable for delivery.
Established 2024 · NSW
TFP was founded in 2024 to address a clear gap in joinery delivery — the absence of a partner that takes genuine ownership of outcomes from project commencement through to final sign-off. Every claim we make is auditable. Every engagement is documented and tracked to closure.
The Ecosystem
Where TFP plugs in
TFP works across the construction and fit-out chain — engaging directly with the party best placed to commission the work. Our role is to be the single accountable line between the parties that touch joinery on a project.
01
HEAD CONTRACTORS
Engaged to manage joinery delivery within a commercial fit-out programme — reducing defect liability and providing evidence-based sign-off.
05
PRINCIPAL CLIENTS
Engaged directly by end clients on high-end residential and complex commercial works requiring an independent, accountable partner.
02
FIT-OUT BUILDERS
Trade partner for joinery scopes on commercial and retail fit-outs. Programme-aware. Documentation-led.
06
PROJECT MANAGERS
Single point of contact for the joinery work-package — reporting cadence, hold points and sign-off documentation that fits your governance.
03
DESIGNERS & ARCHITECTS
The bridge between design documentation and site reality — protecting design intent through to practical completion.
07
INTERIOR DESIGNERS
Specialist artisan capability for design-led fit-outs where the finish standard is the project.

Brand protection on site. We manage the installation interface so your product is presented to the standard it was built to.
08
SPECIALIST TRADES
Coordinated finishing, integration and rectification — managed under the TFP quality framework.
Methodology
What we stand for
TFP works across the construction and fit-out chain — engaging directly with the party best placed to commission the work. Our role is to be the single accountable line between the parties that touch joinery on a project.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Full responsibility for the outcomes we are engaged to deliver. One partner, one scope, one standard of sign-off.
BRAND PROTECTION
Joinery is the final expression of a manufacturer's or builder's quality. We treat protection of your brand as a core deliverable.
SYSTEMS OVER EGO
Quality outcomes come from documented systems, not individual effort. Assurance is built into how we work, not just what we produce.
COMMERCIAL RIGOUR
Clarity of scope, defined deliverables and documented outcomes in every engagement. No ambiguity. No scope creep.
COMPLIANCE AS STANDARD
WHS obligations, contractor governance and documentation are integrated into every project from engagement through close-out.
INDEPENDENT PERSPECTIVE
Our QA function operates with genuine independence. We report what we find — because honest assessment protects everyone in the chain.
The Process
How an engagement actually runs
A consistent six-step engagement — scoped, documented and signed off. The level of detail flexes with the project; the structure does not.
Step 01
Toolbox Talk · Scoping
TFP was founded in 2024 to address a clear gap in joinery delivery — the absence of a partner that takes genuine ownership of outcomes from project commencement through to final sign-off. Every claim we make is auditable. Every engagement is documented and tracked to closure.
Step 04
Managed Delivery
TFP manages delivery with site oversight, programme adherence and in-progress quality reviews — with regular reporting that keeps you informed without burdening you with operational detail.
Step 02
Proposal & Engagement Agreement
A clear, documented proposal covering scope of works, deliverables, quality framework, WHS obligations and commercial terms. The engagement agreement defines what TFP is responsible for — in plain, commercially sound language.
Step 05
Quality Review & Sign-Off
At completion — or at defined project hold points — TFP conducts a formal quality review against the agreed scope and standard. Defects are documented, addressed and re-verified before sign-off. No rubber-stamping.
Step 03
Pre-Mobilisation Planning
Before site commencement, a structured pre-mobilisation review — confirming site readiness, reviewing drawings and specifications, and establishing the quality and documentation framework for the project. Nothing goes to site without a plan.
Step 06
Close-Out & Documentation
Full documentation of works performed, quality outcomes and any rectification undertaken. A complete project record — suitable for contractual, warranty and practical-completion purposes.
